The crowd had gathered, pressing into the square with a sense of palpable expectation. Suddenly, the sound of trumpets pierced the steady hum of animated conversations and the playful clamor of children. A sharply uniformed herald’s voice rose above the din, commanding, “Make way for the King!”

The people instinctively pulled back, clearing a path that led directly to the heart of the square.

Once more, the trumpets rang out, this time revealing four impeccably dressed soldiers, each holding a long, gleaming silver trumpet. From each one hung banners emblazoned with the royal crest — a roaring lion — in brilliant blue, white, and gold.

Behind the trumpeters marched a score of soldiers, perfectly synchronized in their ceremonial attire. Again, the herald called, “Make way for the King!”
