Shemot/Exodus 13:17 And G-d did not lead the people [in] the way of the land, of the Philistines
Why didn’t HaShem take the obvious way and lead us directly into the Land after we left Egypt? Perhaps because He didn’t want us to follow “the way of the land of the Philistines”, but wanted us to follow Him.
