As we enter November and the month in which we celebrate Thanksgiving, let us stop to count our blessings. Above all, let us remember the truth that underpins our existance: the L-rd is still on the throne and He is King! Elim congregation are re-opening physical meetings, please pray for the details to come together and a smooth transition after meeting digitally. El Shaddai have a guest speaker this Shabbat who they are excited to welcome: Troy Wallace, who was Assistant Congregational Leader, is returning to minister! The Bible verse for this week is ... "It was for freedom that Christ set us free; therefore keep standing firm and do not be subject again to a yoke of slavery." (Galatians 5:1, NASB) This is a proclamation of truth and an exhortation: the truth is that Messiah set us free. The exhortation is that we must keep standing firm so that we remain free!
