Shomair Yisrael special guest this Shabbat

All our Shomair Friends and Family are invited to Shabbat dinner (catered - no need to bring anything) and 2 Shabbat services (Friday after dinner and Saturday morning) with Leon Mazin.

This Shabbat we are delighted once again to welcome Leon Mazin, our fellow laborer in the faith from Haifa, to Shomair Yisrael.

The Kingdom of God is built on relationships. It starts with our relationship with Yeshua, but the Kingdom is extended by our relationships with each other. Each of you is a gift from God to the rest of His body. Can we have enough friends in Israel?

In light of these truths, we are inviting all of you to Shabbat dinner which we are having this week in honor of Leon, this Friday night (yes, day after tomorrow). We are eating earlier than usual, at 5PM. We will eat and fellowship (both formally and informally) between 5 and 7. Then at 7PM we will enter the sanctuary upstairs and have our Kabbalat Shabbat service from 7-8.

Leon will speak first at dinner and again upstairs. Then he will speak again on Shabbat morning. He wants to know our community and to have many points of contact in our area, so feel free to invite your friends. There is no need to RSVP, we will have plenty of food.
