I Survived the "Russians"

Before immigrating to Israel, the only impressions I had of the Russian people were prejudiced and distorted images I saw in American movies, but

my experiences ... would show me how we all can be mistaken and full of prejudice.

In Israel this last year I have worked with the Russian community, as well as people from all round the world, and I have got to know some amazing people! Doesn't that teach us not to make negative assumptions about people from other cultures?

The whole article can be read here and do share your stories of meeting other people from around the world.
